NATCHEZ TRACE WEEKEND RIDE - OCTOBER 4-6 - DEPARTS HoD

Event date:
Fri, 10/04/2024 - 7:00am to Sun, 10/06/2024 - 6:00pm

On October 4th-6th we will be taking a weekend ride to the Natchez trace parkway.
The Natchez Trace Parkway is a 444-mile recreational road and scenic drive through three states. It roughly follows the "Old Natchez Trace," a historic travel corridor used by American Indians, "Kaintucks," European settlers, slave traders, soldiers, and future presidents.

We will have an amazing 3 day trip following the Natchez trace parkway from Natchez Mississippi all the way to Franklin, TN  (just south of Nashville).
Friday October 4th the ride will go from Birmingham to Natchez.  We will visit some of the beautiful places in Natchez, have a great dinner and relax for the day of riding the parkway.
Saturday October 5th we will ride the parkway from Natchez to Tupelo Mississippi.  There are many great places to stop and we will take advantage of most of not all of them.  It will be a relaxing day of riding and enjoying the historic pathways.

Sunday we will go from Tupelo to Franklin, TN completing the Natchez trace parkway, have lunch and ride back to Birmingham.
Please don't let this opportunity pass you by.  It will be a great weekend on one of the most historic pathways in America.
You will get the opportunity to collect the Mississippi 50 States one ride challenge coin, and the 10 in 24 coin for going to the Parkway.
